Shipping & Delivery Policy

We usually take 10-20 working days (Free Delivery) for delivery from the date you place the order. We use reliable and suitable logistic partner for deliveries of the products. If you want more details about delivery you can mail us or WhatsApp us with your order with the information shared via email when you have placed your order. • Normal Mode: The Artwork/Portraits will be sent via Delhivery courier/ DTDC/Indian Post.
• Express Mode: The Artwork/Portraits will be shipped via Delhivery courier/ DTDC Courier / BlueDart Courier on the 4th – 6th day from the date of order.
• Super Express Mode: This feature is available only to a few cities. Please enter the pin code to know if it’s available in your city. Shipping will be done on the 2nd or 3rd day via Ecom Express /Xpress Bees / DTDC Courier / BlueDart Courier options.
• In rare cases, there might be a slight delay due to Govt. holidays, India bundh, and other reasons.
• Sundays and Holidays are not counted for delivery.

If you are located in a remote area, we will rely on Speed Post. Alternately, we will coordinate with you so that you may pick up the consignment from a nearby and convenient location that is serviced by our courier partners.

International Shipping:

We deliver artwork worldwide through reliable courier services in a very safe and secure way. Once the Artwork packaging is ready to deliver at your doorstep, we start our shipment procedure. We ship paintings in rolled form (which is unframed) in very good packaging.

Let us know how you want the art piece, framed or unframed. Shipping charges will depend on your delivery location. Please allow us 7 working days for international shipment. We would request you to complete full payment before the shipment of your artwork becomes in action. Shipping charges are exclusive to the painting price.
