Artwale is a painting store and personalized service brand which helps you to preserve your favorite memories in a handmade form. We do not use or share your photographs or their digital reproductions in any form, the only exception being the use of watermarked digital reproductions with your permission on our social media channels.

Once you place an order and provide your list of requirements, our artists create the best possible paintings or portraits for you. We share this version of the image with you for your feedback. Return, Refund & Cancellations Policy
In all the cases of returns and cancellations, you have to drop us an email at [email protected] and we will revert to you in 24 hours.
1. Returns Policy
We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece that you would love and which will leave no space for dissatisfaction. We accept return requests in the following scenarios:
- The artwork shipped in the wrong size
- The artwork shipped in the wrong frame
- Artwork delivered in damaged condition.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
2. Cancellations Policy
We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order. For any related queries please mail us at [email protected].
3. Refund Policy
- You get a refund for Damaged Frames.
- If our courier partner loses the product you are 100% eligible for a full refund without any questions asked.
Rules for Refund and Return for Artwork/Portraits
1. Unboxing Video Required:
- To process refunds or returns, you must send a clear unboxing video.
- Ensure the video captures the initial opening of the delivery box.
2. No Refund Without Video:
- If an unboxing video is not provided, refunds and returns will not be applicable.
3. Video Guidelines:
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Show the sealed package and the product in detail.
4. Eligibility:
- Returns or refunds apply only if the unboxing video demonstrates damage, defect, or incorrect item.
5. Exceptions:
- If the video is incomplete or missing, the policy does not apply.
- This ensures a fair and transparent process for both parties.
Procedure:
- Return request is placed by the customer through E-Mail with the attached photo of the faulty product.
- Artwale sends a confirmation within 24 hours of return placement.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be broken or damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customer must not tamper with any element of Artwork because it may fail to be eligible for returns after the quality check is done.
- No refrain should be filed against the bank through which the payment was done as it would take away your right to avail your refund.
- Money Back Garuntee doesn’t apply on soft copy orders.
- Gift packaging do not qualify for returns.
Additional Policies
- Artwale holds the sole discretion for approving or disapproving returns.
- In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty Artwork.
- In all the cases of returns and replacements, Artwale will run a quality-check and refund or replace after the check is successful.
